Thanks for the response! Do you know if there is a way to make mass changes to layout in Acrobat? We are using the Touchup Text tool, but it can throw off alignment of the remainder of the form.

I have tagged documents in Adobe Acrobat Professional 6.0 that others in my group can modify tags for. Since the first forms, we have moved to using Adobe Professional 7.0. I had a mass of changes to several forms so I modified in Designer. Now when the forms are opened by the group to be tagged, they do not get the select object tool to view and change the tags. When we looked at the document properties - security tab on the forms from 6.0, all options are allowed. On the forms that have been modified in Designer with Professional 7.0, there are several options not allowed which prevents editing/tagging. I have not selected any security defaults or settings when in Designer - it's almost like it was applied automatically. With the software that uses these documents, I cannot create a password protection. If anyone can offer advice, I would appreciate it greatly.
