parameters in URLs? - Adobe Acrobat

I've occasionally seen URLs like this:

<http://www.google.com/appliance/pdf/google_gsa_datasheet.pdf#search=google>

The search parameter tells Adobe Acrobat to find all occurances of google in the text.

I have to wonder, though - what other parameters are there? In particular, I'm looking for a parameter that'd allow me to direct a user to a specific page, however, depending on what the other parameters are, those may be of interest to me, too
