I work with PDF regulatory documents which show changes with
strikethroughs and underlining, and want to convert them to HTML.
Having trouble finding a converter which will retain all strikethrough
material properly, with all the strikethroughs in place. The online
Adobe converter doesn't do it properly. Any suggestions for software
solutions? Thank you.
