    Hello,
    After deply Acrobat Reader I recive high number of report about Acrobat Reader 8.0 Crash:

    The instruction at "0x2d88727b" referebced memory at "0x00000008". The memory could not be "read"

    Faulting application acrord32.exe, version 8.0.0.456, faulting module
    acrord32.dll, version 8.0.0.456, fault address 0x0006ec42.

    Any ideas ?

    How did you deploy? What OS is the client machine running?

    High numbers of users in my company report Acrobat Reader 8.0 crash. In most case it's happend with multimedial PDF.
    But after installation Acrobat Reader 8.0 more application start to crash unexpectlly. I think the problem is in Acrobat reader 8.0. How can I diagnose it ?
    Before deploy AcrobatReader 8.0 any one from users didn't report any crash...
    Any ideas ?

    All users use: Windows XP SP2 EN, (Hardware: DELL PC's)

    Did this occur when just viewing the PDf or printing them ?
