I restarted my Mac and everything works fine now. ugh. (BTW, Name Mangler is a great file renaming tool on the Mac)
Re: "Sequence not Available"... huh? Well, that would have been my second suggestion ;-). Probably just a glitch in Finder not refreshing the list correctly or whatever...
