Temporarily turn Motion Path visibility off in Preferences/Display.

I like to set the motion path to 5 or 7 keyframes visible with adjusting tracking. This makes it easier to smooth out rough spots in the path.

Are you tracking a still over your blue screen ? is the shot moving

if so you might want to try creating a mask for the problem area. hand tracked or auto tracked. copying tracking data .... into an empty layer then linking the 2.

then offset the same picture underneath your masked layer making sure set the mask to subtract. (this will create a hole/window in the top layer revealing the lower layer... this works well as the grain and lighting match the clip as they are from the same clip.....

hope this helps
