Koki,
GCR(Gray Component Replacement) affects all colors by removing a percentage of gray component and replacing it with black. This offers more consistency when printing and ink savings.
UCR(Under Color Removal) affects the neutral shadows only removing CMY and replacing with black. This offers a controlled TAC and ink savings.
