FrameMaker - Collect for Output or Package

Does FrameMaker have the functionality or a plug-in to Collect for Output (Quark) or Package (InDesign) the images and fonts used in a file or book?

There is a plugin called Archive collects images and text insets, but not fonts.

FM doesn't, but Bruce Foster's Archive plug-in provides that functionality for files, imported text and graphics.

Not fonts, though -- those need to be in place on the target system.

(If you're packaging for commercial printer output, the standard way to go is to output press quality PDFs with embedded graphics.)
