Need help with strokes and lines!!! I am drawing a map that has a river. I have seen examples of old maps that show the "waves" going from thicker strokes near the shore to thinner "waves" going away from the shore. There is a way to have a ten lines going from a thin stroke gradually getting thicker.

You can create an Artbrush with the desired continuous stroke weight change. You may have a look at an old thread here:

Look into making a Blend between the beginning and end object with 8 steps.
