I have a file in Illustrator with filters specifically drop shadows applied to some elements in the file. When I convert the file to PDF (the print vendor is requesting a PDF format) they are printing with white borders around the elements where I applied the dropshadow. Is there anyone who has come accross this problem and if so how did you resolve this?
