We have en Epson R2400. When I use Epsons Velvet Fine Art paper (very thick it is) I need to use the paper feed behind the standard feed. In photoshop I choose "letter--roll paper" and then in the print settings I can choose "Velvet Fine Art".

However when using InDesign (1 or 2) when I select "letter--roll paper" as soon as I press return it reverts to plain "letter". Then the R2400 dialogue doesn't (sensibly so) accept the "velvet fine art" setting because that paper can only be loaded into the read paper feed.

I'm going to call Epson tech support if I have to--I'm hoping someone else has had the same problem.
