I have an OLD H.RIP, my DPM34 has a scsi connection and can't go past software v5 because computer needed to work with scsi cannot be upgraded to XP which is needed to run the new software. I have no problems with seps whatsoever. If your software is 5 or above, I'd double check all my settings.
