When you set your indents/tabs for where "1", "2" and "3" are to be located, make sure you put a "." in the Leader field. Click "Apply" to check it's how you want it, then OK. Then save the formatting as a Style (Type -> Define Styles -> New) When the style is applied to a para, the "......." will be inserted automatically and consistently from tab to tab. Iechyd da!
