| I've run PM7.0.1a on XP Pro for years. Selling business and new owner wants XP Home on his computer. Sucessfully installed all Adobe apps. except ATM and PM7. PM7 runs fine under administrator account. Returns error "The preferences file could not be saved." "Cannot save PageMaker Defaults file. Cannot create file.", when running as a limited account. Anyone know what I have to change to get PM to run as limited account? Since it ran over XP Pro I thought it would run over XP Home? Some security or registry setting I can make? |

| If you're happy digging around in the registry, you should be able to alter the access rights to all users. Iechyd da! John 08:42 04/08/2008 CEST |
