Corefoundation.dll About two weeks ago while loading Photoshop CS3 it stopped and a window opened stating "Corefoundation.dll could not be found. Try reinstalling CS3".
I have tried reinstalling to repair damaged files and I have uninstalled and reinstalled but keep getting the same message. I can click on "OK" and CS3 continues loading and I have found no problems when using it or Bridge. At this point it's just an annoyance.
Anyone have any suggestions how to cure this problem?
How do I fix corefoundation.dll issue ?
I'm running Windows XP with Service Pack 2, have 1GB memory, 120GB HD with 82 GB free.

Re: Corefoundation.dll It is also installed for some OnOneSoftware plug-ins...PhotoFrame or Genuine Fractals, although I don't recall which. If you use their plug-ins, the file is likely required.

The fact that Photoshop is complaining about it suggests that you have a plug-in that requires the corefoundation.dll file
Remove that plugin and the message will go away.
Re: Corefoundation.dll I was using OnOneSoftwas PhotoFrame plug-in in CS2 and tried moving into CS2 but got a window saying another .dll was missing so I removed it and I guess that is about the time the Corefoundation.dll problem appeared. As of now the CS3 plug in folder is empty.

I was using OnOneSoftware's PhotoFrame plug-in in CS2 and tried moving over to CS3 I couldn't get it to work. I'd get a window saying that another .dll was missing. I removed the plug-in from CS3 and that is about the time the Corefoundation.dll problem appeared. As of now the plug in folder is free of any plug in's with the word 'core' in them.

OnOne was founded by some former Extensis employees and their software still follows a similar design approach from what I've seen. In either the root folder of Photoshop or in the Plug-ins folder, look for a file possibly called EToolbox.dll as well as files most likely beginning with OnOne. All of those probably should be duplicated from CS2 to the corresponding location in CS3 in order to address the missing dll issue. If that isn't enough, then often you may find a need to obtain an update (usually free) for the plug-in which has been revised for the current version of Photoshop.

Re: Corefoundation.dll I downloaded the OnOne PhotoFrames update and that solved the problem and now PhotoFrames functions in CS3. I no longer get the error about corefoundation.dll missing.
