I just bought Photoshop and Premiere Elements because my son wants to rotoscope a star wars type movie. I captured a test clip into Premiere E2 and then converted it to a Filmstrip .flm file so that Photoshop E4 can read it. We can rotoscope the frames and add the effects in Photoshop...BUT then we can't export it back to Premiere to view it. There isn't Filmstrip file option for exporting (which is strange because you can import in that version!). Look forward to some advice on how to proceed. Many thanks.

Graeme - Strictly speaking, this is a Premier Pro forum, not an "Elements" forum. You might find better advice on the Photoshop Elements board <http://www.adobeforums.com/cgi-bin/webx?14@@.eeb4f8b>, especially about the importing/exporting capabilities of that program, ditto the capabilities of Premier Elements <http://www.adobeforums.com/cgi-bin/webx?14@@.3bb574e6>.

Coincidentally, my 12-year old recently completed exactly this kind of project <http://www.peterbekker.com/starwars>, spending an entire week painstakingly rotoscoping a light sabre sequence in Photoshop CS. (He's the kid in the red shirt if you watch the video). There was no problem exporting FLM from Premier 6.5 or importing/exporting from Photoshop CS.

Thanks. My first time using the forum and I must have clicked the pro forum instead of Elements in error.
