Is it possible to "manually" stretch the width and not the height - Adobe Premiere

This is a discussion on Is it possible to "manually" stretch the width and not the height - Adobe Premiere ; I have a clip that I want to manually stretch so that it's wider -- but not taller. I'm sure there's an easy way to do that. But I can't seem to find it. Thanks, Rowby <http://www.rowby.com>...
