Is it possible to "manually" stretch the width and not the height

I have a clip that I want to manually stretch so that it's wider -- but not taller.

I'm sure there's an easy way to do that. But I can't seem to find it.

Use the Motion effect but uncheck the box that makes height and width change in equal percentages. Just change one of them.
