I've been using GoLive 6.0.1 with Mac 0SX for years without problems. But yesterday when I tried to open the program, I could get no further than the "Updating Adobe Online Components from Adobe.com" opening page. This went on to unload file 1, then stuck. After several minutes, it went on to unload file 2. But then it stuck and did not go on to open the GoLive program. I had to use Mac forced quit to leave it. When I did this, the force quit page indicated that that GoLive was not responding - although the forced quit did work. I tried reinstalling GoLive but this made no difference. Any suggestions please? Can I avoid the updating page altogether? If not, how can I open the program?
