Yup, but I get the idea that Stan's not working with a grid which is
really imperative on a job like this.
I still think the text is too large and too bold but that's just opinion
not a right or wrong thing.

More inviting and better structure. Watch some of your picture and type lineups, though. Generally, they should line up like soldiers or appear to be more random (but always structured and carefully considered). The "almost, but not quite" lineups simply look like careless mistakes.
The script is better than before, but the U in University looks very odd. If your heart is set on a script, look to some other choices. Maybe something like Kaufmann. Or maybe even a casual sans like Tekton, which mimics an engineer's or architect's hand.
I'm still not convinced that an old picture is what you should open with on the cover. Although it certainly could be the start of the first inside page.
