Vertical line

Any way to insert a vertical line in GL CS?

The best way would be to put a CSS border on some page element. What did
you have in mind?

I'd go Murray's direction but you could also go old school using a 1 pixel high by 1 pixel wide image file and stretching it to your preferred dimensions in HTML.
