Co-Author picking up CSS

I am trying to use Co-Author, and frankly I haven't found anything that explains how to use it step by step, and then works. Got any suggestions?

Using the Co-Author Section I can make a section OK.

Then I can make a template OK.

Then I put the component in the actual page and link it to the template, OK.

Then I go to Co-Author Editor, put in the headline text, the text text, and the offer text, then hit Generate. But what happens is that none of the style sheets apply. I have added the style to the dummy text (title, text, offer), but the page renders with default text style.

If I go into the section folder, and open the html doc in the "pages" file, I can see the generated page and fix the styles, but then I have to go to the component and connect it to the html page in the section>pages folder. But my client can't do that. What am I not getting? Does this thing actually work?

One other thing that happens. I close the editor. Do stuff, then go back and open it to try again. When I do that the title and offer text has been added to the text text??????
