Thanks so much: both of these sound like exactly the solution, but when of course when
I tried to apply this nothing worked: I know I'm applying something incorrectly, but just not sure how...sorry for multiple questions.

If I can make these images work, and get the indented copy to work, I can go ahead and unify all of the body copy for the site and all the bio pages...but can't get past this point. Arrgh!
