New Window Action Problem-Location Box will not turn off... - Adobe Tools

Using Golive 9 on a Mac with OX 10.5.

I have an image and am using a section of it with the Golive action that opens a new browser window when you click on that region. I have the attributes set so the window opens to a fixed size and does not show the location, scroll bars or navigation or anything else. What I am trying to achieve is a new window that opens up with just an image in it. I want it to be as clean looking as possible so I have the resize, menu, status, location, scroll, dir and tools all unchecked and I have the sizing filled out correctly.

It works perfect in Safari on a Mac, but in Firefox and IE on a PC the location is still displaying. All the other attributes are turned off as should be as per the settings, but the location will not go away. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?
