javers,
I did a quick search (Adobe.com, myfonts.com) and found a lot of DIN fonts, but not Headline.

This is a discussion on Searching for a specific DIN Font "DIN Headline" - Adobe Typography ; I received a file with a missing font. The font name is "DIN Headline". I searched for it without success. Is font exist or its name was altered by someone? Thank you...

The only thing I found even remotely similar was a flash animation
site that uses "Din Habitat Headline" (I'm sure you found the same
thing). You might try contacting the originator of your document and
the website owner.
The flash site is http://www.dennisondesign.net/home.htm

What program are you using?
In InDesign, if a font, say "Singage", with a style named "Singage Headline" is replace by another font, say "DIN", InDesign will report a missing font if the DIN font family doesn't have a style named "Headline". In effect, InD is reporting the missing style, rather than the font.
