| This may not get fixed any time soon, but perhaps we can at least get it to reject non-ASCII characters instead of scrambling them. T |

| It's sad to see how unresponsive the Adobe bureaucracy has become on so many levels. I can only imagine how frustrated Adobe staff is. You have my full sympathy, T. |

| This isn't really a bureaucracy problem. The person who did the online preview software isn't at Adobe any more, and nobody else has had to do more than very minor maintenance on it since.... Cheers, T |
