Can a Post Script font from a Mac be used on a PC?

Assuming you mean Type 1 fonts - (as opposed to Truetype)

If it's an OpenType font, yes.

    Otherwise, no.

They can be converted, subject to the licensing restrictions
    applicable to the particular font.

Font families (multiple styles) aren't interpreted the same way, and
    may require internal renaming.

Under Windows 9x/me/NT, Adobe Type Manager is also required for the
use of Type 1 fonts (including Type 1 flavored opentype). Windows XP
and Vista support Type 1 natively.

    Jeffrey,

If these are old standard PostScript Type 1 fonts, AFAIK Mac versions won't work on a Winbox.

They could be Neil, I'm not sure.
    That could be the problem.

Generally speaking, when people say "PostScript font" they mean a Type 1 font. And no, Mac Type 1 fonts don't work on Windows. The file format for the Mac font uses a resource fork, which does not transfer over cleanly to Windows, plus Windows uses a different file format for Type 1.
