Linear Programming in APL

This is a discussion on Linear Programming in APL within the APL forums in Programming Languages category; I have encountered a situation where I am looking to address a linear programming problem in APL. Default Linear Programming in APL

I have encountered a situation where I am looking to address a linear
programming problem in APL. I thought I was in good shape when I saw an
article on this very subject in APL Quote Quad 26-3, but there are some
typographic errors in the actual APL function I am encountering as I
attempt to implement it.

I believe I am correct in dropping the initial unpaired parenthesis on
line two, but I am next encountering a domain error at the gradeup on line
four. Does anyone have a "clean" copy of this function or an alternative
implementation of an LP solver in APL? I am using APL2 for OS/2, as was
the author of the paper. I have e-mailed the author of the paper, but I
have yet to receive a response from him. Given this is January it is
possible he is on vacation and I will receive a response in the future.
