It seems to me that as this paradigm gains dominance, which I believe it will, software development will become more diffuse and that independent programmers could, as never before, thrive in this environment in which it may cease to matter what language a cloud application is written in other than to the programmer herself. Rapid development time and response to need will be the ticket to success in this market more than in any prior one and what is better in those regards than APL? An on-the-ball vendor might well be very actively investigating this emerging technology to see where and how he could optimally position his product, *and the marketing thereof*, for the coming revolution.
