| Where could I get ms-link I've refined my Google searches as much as I can but found no download link. I see pages where the name appears I'm starting to think it doesn't exist or ms-link might be it's outdated title. ~ thanks any info would be much appreciated. I'm trying to get this software to use HAL. |

I think it's the last 16-bit link from MS. -- ArarghMail808 at [drop the 'http://www.' from ->] http://www.arargh.com BCET Basic Compiler Page: http://www.arargh.com/basic/index.html To reply by email, remove the extra stuff from the reply address. |

Probably the filename is "link.exe" and "ms-link" is just a descriptive name (lots of programs named "link" - "ms-link" comes in 16- and 32-bit versions... 64-bit too, I suppose - make sure to get the one you want!). There "must" be someplace to download it "freestanding", but your best bet might be the whole MASM32 package: http://www.masm32.com Best, Frank |
