| Hey, I am writing a gawk script to parse some files encoded using en_US.UTF-8 and writing the output to another file. My script is able to parse the files correctly, but the output of the script is in ANSI character set instead of UTF-8. How can I get the output in UTF-8? I am using Gawk version 3.0.3. Thanks, Sam |

According to the ChangeLog, version 3.0.3 is more than 11 years old: > Thu May 15 12:49:08 1997 Arnold D. Robbins <arnold@skeeve.atl.ga.us> > > * Release 3.0.3: Release tar file made. Hermann |
