TPS File viewer / Amend my file please...

Hello

I am working on an ancient software program I developed over 10 years
ago, using Clarion for Windows (I forget which version).

I haven't used Clarion since then, and don't have any software
anymore.

I need to amend a tps file, which I can email if you are prepared to
help me.

Can you tell me how I can access this file and change the values, or
alternatively if you could do it for me.

If you cannot help me with the above, please could you put me in touch
with someone in South Africa who could assist.
