| ShellExecute can handle a MailTo:// with parameters. It then would launch the default Windows mail client and you can insert the to, subject, body and attachment list. The string is not unlimited in length but the user could edit it from there. It won't just automatically send it but using ShellExecute can do a lot of things and once set up is easy to program with.
