VO, DBF and Arabic Language - Clipper

for what I know - NO
but I have not played with Windows in Arabic
during Clipper / VO 2.0 age, we worked on a Korean Windows version with a
COMPLETE parametrized interface, loaded at startup from a string archive
(from the translator) and I remember that managing the reports was quite
impossible...
I have no code or example for you - the code was not mine.
