In the North American, When is summer ...?

On news1.cavo.com , Brian ha annunced that in the summer will be
released the "service pack 2" and now, in my country the summer is
finished while in the North American When is ?

Its the same everywhere in the northern hemisphere isn't it? So will start
on the 21st June?

There are different definitions of what 'summer' is, astronomical and
meteorological.

Brian said that they "plan" to release SP2 during summer, but also said
"We will make an further announcement when we have a more specific
date". I would be happy with Sep/Oct

It was rhetorical.

I am not concerned for a release, at the moment, fingers crossed everything
is as rock solid as I ever recall. My only issue is the IDE crashes and Repo
corruption, however this is an installation issue not a CAVO problem, and
annoyingly something that has never ever been an issue for me. Need to
reinstall my OS when I have time, so never basically.

I take this is ment funny? Something like 'I have the best car in the
world, only problem is that it usually doesn't start and it doesn't
listen to the steering wheel, but that's a problem of the rOads, not
the car....'<BG>

The repo was a bad idea from the beginning and it would have been
great when it were replaced by something more reliable. If it's as
wrong on your system as you describe, it is 100% a cavo problem...

Having said this, 2.8's repo is far more reliable compared to 2.7 and
most issues are much easier solved. But they still exist.

No not at all, VO produced exe for all my apps with latest all good, just
got a problem with the IDE like I have never experienced before. For many
years I have read posts from many who suffer and always wondered what the
fuss was about. Now I have a problem when most report better than ever. I
find it all ironic, but life is to short to chase for a patch, it will come
when it is ready.

Then you should go to the old trick: export you applications and
re-create an IDE, if reindexing is not enough. EXE's from a corrupt
repo may very well show unpredicted behaviour.
