maybe some reference to a network printer that is not accessible ?

Hi Paul,

I make some tests in my machine (disabling printer, make printer not
accessible), and all works fine.

It's strange, only happen in reportpro, with all others Win
applications works fine.
Today i make some tests, with user A take about 1 minute to show de
printdialog box, with user B take about 0.1 minute!!

exactly.
It looks like some kind of time-out. Windows is looking for something
that isn't there anymore.
Network mappings for user A can be different than for user B.
User rights can be different.
Another possibility: user A is using a bad printerdriver. Or it could
even be a bad connection or conflicting hardware.
E.g. I've experienced such problems recently with a Kyocera printer and
KX driver. It took about 1 minute to get the printer dialog (or to
print). Turned out to be a bad USB-connection between the printer and
the PC.

I would try to remove all printers in Windows, then add only one and see
how it works.
