Title: Criminal Legacy Support –
Project Leader

Location: Trenton, NJ

Employment Type: Corp to Corp

Rate: $70/hr c2c

Estimated Start Dt: July 2008

Estimated End Dt: July 2009



Description of Work:

The Project Leader is required to support the Information Technology
Office (ITO) Criminal Court Systems. The Project Leader's primary
responsibility will be to supervise staff, assign, monitor work
request projects and maintenance issues utilizing MS Project. The
Project Leader will be required to meet with users to develop
requirements, review staff requirement documents, develop and
interpret coding specifications, interpret existing code to establish
business rules, perform coding tasks, unit test all coding changes and
assist in system testing.

The proposed candidate must be well versed in CICS/COBOL coding
practices, DB2, SQL and stored procedures, IDMS/ADS programming and
Forecross factory converted COBOL code. The consultant must have
experience supervising/leading all on-going maintenance, monitoring
and tracking projects and insuring quality control in the requirement,
development and implementation phase of all projects & maintenance.


The Proposed Candidate for the Project Leader Must have

A minimum of 7 yrs recent experience in designing, coding, testing and
debugging programs written using CICS/COBOL running on IBM Mainframes
including at least 2yrs using COBOL3

A minimum of five (5) Yrs of recent experience working with IBM’s DB2
and in designing and coding sql and stored procedures
A minimum of one (1) yr experience with Forecross factory converted
code.
A minimum of three (3) yrs recent experience in working with IBM’s
MQseries running on IBM Mainframes.
A minimum of five (5) yrs experience with CA’s IDMS DB and ADSA
A minimum of two (2) yrs experience with CA’s Logical Record Facility
A minimum of seven (7) yrs recent experience in project leadership
including application design, program, coding and testing project
estimating, and team supervision.
A minimum of seven (7) yrs recent experience coding with IBM JCL (MVS)
A minimum of one (1) year experience with Logical Unit (LU) 6.2
