Where can I train on basic Commerce Server Management in the UK?

I run an SME in the UK and we are considering running Commerce Server 2007
as our e-commerce program.

Firstly, I need to assess if CS is the best choice and I require the test
site to be loaded Vista Business laptop. Is this possible? There appears to
be a lot of issues with the set up and it has failed.

Secondly, I need training in deploying and maintaining our own site. I do
not intend to develop bespoke progams for CS at this stage, however within
the next year we will install Navision as our ERP and we will want to link,
probably via Biztalk, from CS to NAV.

The third stage is to heavily bespoke CS into a commercial web site for the
purchase of corporate clothing.

It is important for us to start off with software which will take us from
stage 1 to 3.
We are aware that for stage 1, a simple on line catalogue, CS may be
excessive, but we need to know if CS will take us to stage 3.
