Sounds logical but still there is the possibility to offer an installer
option where one could decide to additionally install that API help stuff
with all their dependencies or not.

And even if one has an Internet connection some of us do NOT want Internet
interruptions while doing development. I want my Help local, unless *I*
make a conscious decision that *I* want to go to the Web.
