It is a relatively basic OLE error that can have any number of causes.
The most common ones, however, are that either the COM libraries have
not been initialized for the thread that tries to make use of some
COM/OLE stuff, or that the code tries to access a COM/OLE object that
is not present/installed correctly on the users system.
