Install for CF 3.5 for the Phone - DOTNET

Yes, that's the redistributable components. It installs on the PC that also
has ActiveSync and the framework will be deployed to the attached device the
next time it's connected to the PC.

But it also gives you cabfiles for installing CF using memory cards or
to be integrated into your own installation program.
