| hi all, I'm looking for a free, popular C/C++ library for digital signal processing. I will use to test some algorithm for audio and speech processing. I usuall work with Maltab, but now I want to move to C, may be with MS Visual Studio 2005. Thks for any advice! |

| i haven't used this, but it looks interesting: http://spuc.sourceforge.net/ i did recently start using the Faust language for prototyping synthesis/filtering algorithms, and have found it very very useful. generates quite fast c++ code from a sortof block diagram. i'd be curious to know what people on this list think, in general... http://faust.grame.fr/ i've used the JUCE library as a quick cross-platform solution for making audio plugins and standalones. many useful things from filters to datastructures to gui's to handling audio device callbacks. rawmaterialsoftware.com hope that helps...
