How change outgoing SMTP port?
My ISP is going to change the port on my SMTP server so that I can get
around a port 25 block at the hotel I'm staying at.
I can't find the Eudora 6.2 preference to set the SMTP port.
Anyone know where this is? Or do I put it in the smtp server, like
smtp.foo.com:12345?

See the "Ports and Protocols" settings screen.

And if you don't see that settings screen, you need to activate the
Esoteric Settings plugin which came with Eudora.

If they change it to the standard mail submission port (587), you just
need to check the "use submission port" box in the personalities pane.
If it's any other port, you'll probably need the Esoteric Settngs plugin
as mentioned by others.

Yes, that should work.
More likely smtp.foo.com:587 :-)
