my company has a Optoma projector for 3 years. recently, we contact
Optoma customer service to order a new vga cable for our projector.
our vga for the projector is no longer function. everytime we contact
Optoma, their customer service rep. keeps telling us they don't have
the vga in stock and has been back order for over 4 months. last week,
i called them again and the woman customer service rep. (Martha) tells
us they don't have what we want again. okey, we ask them anywhere else
sell the same cable that we need? Martha tells us they not go to give
us the information. in addition, she didn't even tell us when will
Optoma has the vga cable in stock. come on Optoma, you should help
your customer. your customer service is the worst i ever seem. i think
even company in third world would help their customer better then
Optoma. anyway, my suggestion is if anyone out there looking for good
projector with good customer service. forget it about Optoma. you will
not be happy with their customer service. final, we purchased a new
DELL 3300mp DLP projector. we are happy with DELL's service.
