| Hi all How good are these recovery DVD things? I have a user with some serious virus issues and a short time to turn around a fix as he is a traveller. I am tempted to just run the recovery DVD rather than spend ages trying to identify a virus which has got past the a/v and spyware check. Will the DVD return the lappy to exactly as it was supplied? I notice that another Tools and Utilities CD was supplied as well as the recovery DVD. Does this mean that the tools etc will need loading separately? I'm asking you guys as the lappy was bought from box shifter store rather than a source with good technical support. The Tosh site doesn't have much on the recovery in the knowledge base. TIA Phil |

Recovery DVD worked fine - appears to have returned lappy to "as-supplied" condition. Phil |
