Populate IMAP account from local cache after server crash?

  1. Default Populate IMAP account from local cache after server crash?

My server crashed and I lost all my remote mail. After I get it back
online, is it possible to use my local cache (in Apple Mail) to
re-populate the server or will the server remove all my local mail when
it syncs for the first time?

    Thanks,
    Ron

  2. Default Re: Populate IMAP account from local cache after server crash?

Just to clarify, when it comes back online, the remote mailbox will be
empty (a fresh OS install, etc.).
