    None. Outlook, for all practical matters, works only with Exchange.

    Well, there's the Insight Connector, but also the Kolab server
    <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kolab> which can be used with Outlook
    thanks to some proprietary plugins
    <http://wiki.kolab.org/index.php/Clients_for_Kolab2#Microsoft_Windows_-_Full_Kolab_2_support>
    like the Toltec connector <http://www.pokorra.de/kolab/>.
