Default Error Installing IIS on XP Propfessional

I am getting the following error when trying to install IIS on a new
XP Professional machine with SP2:

Setup cannot copy the file IIS_chaccess.vbs

I have never seen this before.

I was just getting this exact same error. As it turns out, all of those iis_*.vbs files are packed up in the iis6.cab file which Windows won't browse. I extracted the entire iis6.cab file into my i386 folder (I used 7zip for that) and had no problems with the rest of the installation. I've installed IIS on XP Pro dozens of times in the past, and this is the first time I've had to jump thru this particular set of hoops. I'm running XP SP3, so maybe there's a glitch in SP3 or something.
