    Using Virtual Directories you can hide them even further.

    That's where you need to use a virtual folder for the FTP home folder
    for each user. You can't see the virtual folder (neither can the user
    though so that's an issue with some clients where you can't set the
    starting folder).

    Otherwise you have two choices: Upgrade to Server 2003 and isolate
    users or use a third party FTP server.
