this morning my computer was showing a blue screen with an error saying that
a problem has been detected and windows has been sut down to prevent damage
on my computer.... i ran a diagnostics test to see if my HD is running
goood and it is i believe the problem is in software but i dont know where to
start...or what to check... i try rebooting in safemode and i cant...what
should i do....

There's a very good chance this has nothing to do with the SMTP or
NNTP server you're running. Try a group related to the topic of your
post.
