Docs not in index catalog Hello,
when I copy some word documents to an indexed directory, they do not appear
in the index catalog.
But when I open one of them with MS Word and save it with a new file name,
the new document is included in the index.
I got the same results with some .htm- and some .txt-files.

RE: Docs not in index catalog Check the file properties, under Advanced and make sure the indexing bit is
set for these files. I think by default new files and folders are which may
explain why the new ones show up.
